Our programs provide girls with the necessary tools for resilience, hope, healing and prevention by using a guided curriculum and numerous fitness and art activities that teach teamwork, leadership, and healthy habits to last a lifetime.
Each participant also receives a copy of the book, Finish Line Feeling, free running shoes, sports bras, fitness journals and entry into a 5K or other races.
We’re a grass-roots organization that serves Cuyahoga, Lorain and Stark Counties, and also has a Chapter in Charleston, South Carolina – but there are still so many girls who need our help that we can’t reach without this critical funding.
Girls With Sole is in great need of funding to acquire an office space, pay two staff members, and expand programming for girls locally, while furthering our reach to other cities across the U.S.
It is our aim to be a national organization by the year 2020.
Together we can serve more girls in need, and provide them with the opportunity to discover the health, healing, self-esteem, and sense of achievement they deserve and are capable of.
Together we can nurture and empower our future leaders.
Together we can say No More!
