Girls With Sole at Lorain County Urban League completes Indoor Triathlon

Girls With Sole programs on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Oberlin Splash Zone consisted of the participation of 18 youth in their first Triathlon. The smiles could have illuminated the entire city. Everyone in the triathlon swam for 15 minutes, biked for 20 minutes and then ran for 20 minutes.
